Well if you are going from low carb to regular eating, you will see a temporary gain. It may take a few weeks for your body to start losing again. Protein pushes water out of the cells and carbs take the water back in. Your body needs time to adjust. You need to pick a plan and give it a chance. One week is not enough time to tell if something will work for you or not. If you feel nauseous every day, I would check with your doctor. There is also carb cycling, where you have lower and high carb days. If going too low makes you sick, up the carbs some. The answer is that you need to keep trying different things till you find what works for you and your life. A diet needs to be sustainable.
