a little disappointed at my numbers this week..i tried really hard recorded everything got moving more..well on to a new week..hubby did great over 2lbs congrats doc I love you
278.7 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 128.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
