Yeyyy ... finally i'm starting to lose some weight... i've been cheating on diet last week but now i'm just trying to eat healthy and do my daily routine of jogging/walking. Everyday i walk 30min and run about 15-20 min ... Today i begin a more strict training ... best wishes for you all :)
