day 9 so this is a very hard week for me. how is one sopposed to live healthy and lose weight, when one works for up tp 15 hours...no time for cooking, preparing or exercise....anoyed

Don't be annoyed. Of course you don't have time to cook but you need to eat. What is the alternative to what would be good for you?
Maybe you should just go with a salad and chicken tomorrow at work. I am sure someone can get something for you that is right. That would also take away your annoyance :-)

more annoyed because i wanted to do a lot more exercise, and i don't have time for it....the food i can somehow managed but my workout :-(((((
