Today I went to the allotment, I lost track of time, when I got there it was 10.15 and 2.30 when I left. I enjoyed it because I caught up with people I hadn't seen over the winter, the fog went and the sun came out, it felt good to be out and about again and getting some exercise. I'll regret it in the morning though!

I love my allotment! And it's such great exercise that you don't even realise at the time. I hope you're not too sore int he morning :)
