Yet another cold. Yuk. Ate too much chocolate today, but still under RDI, so it's all good (I'm telling myself that anyway.)
Not gym tonight as I'm not going to inflict my disgustingly runny nose on anyone. Hopefully I'll go tomorrow.
Still on track for 133lb by end of May as long as I keep up the 1lb a week loss.
Noticing that arms, legs, hips and back look slimmer - I've lost 2 and a half inches under bust (which I think is mostly down to weights which target the back and shoulder muscles). Only place that the weights doesn't really seem to be shifting from is stomach - which is where I'd like it to go from most.
I know it's never likely to get back to where it was 10/15 years ago, a 24-25 inch waist - I'm pretty much mid thirties now and have had a kid. I'd settle for 28" though. It's only two more inches. Hopefully when the last 11 lb comes off it'll be nearly there.
