Hmm. Nope the garlic eggplant I made isn't very good. :( Think I shouldn't have put the sesame oil in. Or used something other than splenda. It has a strange metallic taste. Also almost 5g net carbs for 1/3 cup is a pretty small side dish. Bah. [Okay, I admit it grew on me as I finished my serving. I will eat the rest of it over the next week (having made 6 servings).]
