I'm feeling very tired today...feeling cold from the inside. I've been trying to eat as raw as possible but when it's cold winter out a hot bowl of vegetable soup is the right thing to do. I Think today is the day the weight will start coming off... if I keep up with this through the rest of the week I'm hoping to start seeing some more decrease. Fingers crossed.
179.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 44.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
