Today is my seventh day - and I am really proud of myself - I have been eating much healthier food, I have logged daily, and I also have continued with my Yoga plan.
I know that my exercise diary says the yoga only burns 160 calories, but I have to say it certainly feels like more - I was sweating last night! I am hoping that it helps me to develop some lean muscle and tone as well.
This next week my goal is to ensure variety in what I eat. Sometimes when I embark on healthy eating plans I find that I end up eating the same thing every day. Then I get bored, and that is what leads to problems :) I brought a salad today for lunch and I am going to head to the store for some fresh veggies to make a soup for dinner. Here's to a successful and healthy week.
