I've gained weight since my last weigh in. My weigh last Tues was 291.2 and I dropped 5 lbs within the last week. I did very very well following my points I also incorporated Wheat germ into my diet. I love wheatgerm it totally kills cravings. 2 tbsp in my lunch or breakfast and It keeps me pretty satisfied for a good amount of time and that in turn helps me make better decisions as far as food.
285.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 95.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
