I did "TONS" of DAMAGE yesterday!!!!!!! Even though my calories were super low, I ate way to many carbs/treats!!! Mother nature is pulling on me. The question is.....when will she arrive? Regardless...I must have control!!! Today I must not give in to any cravnigs!!!!! I CAN & WILL DO IT!!!!!!!!!
