Having realised that I have again fallen in to the trap of evening snacking, I have decided to try and be good through the week and treat myself at the weekend. I just love food and if I wasn't such a busy person, I would potentially be twice the size I am. So now i'm on day two of 'being good', i'm feeling quite positive.
