You are already at a low weight and don't have much to lose, so getting it off is harder and may take longer. Exercise is great. Make sure your tracking your food intake. Focus on lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. Drink your water! Play around with calories. Not sure what diet your doing or if your counting calories, but it's important to track. You may need to be strict with your diet to get the weight off. It might only come off half a pound at a time.
