Today I ran 3.7miles plus 5 series of 10 squats military press, roll ups, static knee to elbow and hands & feet on the ground jump to hand & jump back. Different routine today, it was easier then yestreday, not the running !!!!
121.3 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
