I am close in age and weight to you, and had gotten with 5 1/2 pounds of my goal weight on Atkins Phase 2 before I started getting comfortable and adding back in too many carbs. Now I'm trying to stay at no more then 35 NC per day and adding in exercise. One tip I remember reading that I thought might be beneficial for you - When I was first on Atkins and starting trying out the snack bars, I thought whoo hoo, these are yummy! and ate them regularly, but noticed my weight loss stalled. Then I read that even though they are low in net carbs, that it is not good to have more than 15g of Sugar Alcohols per day, which would mean only allowing myself 1 snack bar per day. When I cut back on those, I started losing weight again. Hope that helps!
