Keeping on keeping on............. I am enjoying myself! I'm eating healthy in restaurants, and generally eating fresh and healthy, VERY limited red meat, lots of fruit, following my plan and glad to see results. I honestly can't remember being at this weight since 2000!!
246.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Weight Watchers   losing 2.0 lb a week
