I begin today and will attempt ten pounds in one week. I have much more than that to lose but its easier to look it in terms of five or ten pounds at a time versus 45 or 50. I will start with ten and once I reach this goal, I will continue towards my main goal of 115 pounds again and getting back in to my size 3 jeans.
