1200 Calories's Journal, 04 March 2013

1700 calories today. Way over my limit. Need to remember how bad I feel after eating 3 slices of pizza. My stomach is not feeling well at all. I feel like I am going to explode and if I had thought about it, I would have skipped the pizza altogether.
