Down over 25 lbs. pleased with it. Leaving on Mission Trip to the Dominican Republic with 12 scouts & 6 leaders. No idea what the food will be like, but just ask for a safe, rewarding trip.
238.5 lb Lost so far: 25.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
