Feeling blah and drained of energy thanks to mother nature this week. This makes it hard to get anything done exercise wise due to the severity of my cramps. Usually on this week I leave the cooking up to hubby or its convenience in a box food that can just be tossed in the oven. Going to try to be good and watch what I eat this time around!
