Day 1:
So far so good had a yoga day because it's my day off of exercising and my diet has been very good small meals.
Breakfast:
Protein Bar
Waffels
Yogurt
Fruit
Lunch:
Tuna salad sandwich
fruit
Water
Snack:
protein bar
fruit
yogurt
nuts
