OW: 222lbs

I DID IT!!! I FINALLY REACHED THE FIRST WEIGHT GOAL I SET BACK IN NOV!!! LOVE IT!... The last few pounds were extremely difficult to take off but every pound was worth it. BUT I'M NOT STOPPING! I'M GOING TO 180...LET'S GET IT!!!
189.8 lb Lost so far: 32.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

THANK YOU SO MUCH COLLY!! I'm dancing over here too! It's been a hard road going through the holidays and all but if anybody will understand, I know this community over here will. Losing weight these days in the fast food world we live in is extremely difficult but EXTREMELY REWARDING!! Hitting my first goal is a big deal and I knew I had to share it with this community. Just like you, I'm motivated by the positive and negative stories here because we all understand losing weight can be a roller coaster with all of life's distractions and DELICIOUS temptations, so we need every motivation we can find. THANKS TO EVERYBODY AND FAT SECRET FOR LETTING ME VENT THE UPS AND DOWNS OF MY WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY!! LET'S ALL KEEP THIS GOING!!! #StillMotivated
