Oh me, oh my. Came home from work, hungry, so I tossed a package of microwave popcorn in. Usually we buy Orville's, but this time PopSecret. I knew the cook time was less, so I bumped it down a little. Came into the kitchen to retrieve it.....blue smoke! Rats. Tossed the bag into the snow bank, lit a candle, and the worse part?Grabbed the two remaining pieces of Tombstone pepperoni pizza from the fridge and gobbled them down. Just that little bit of frustration pushed me to not think about what I was doing. UGH!!!!!
Not only do I have to take it one day at a time, but I truly need to take it one moment at a time. It is a very hard struggle for me. Stop and think! Try, try again........

what I do to avoid eating the bad stuff is I do not bring it home from the store.. I know that I love chocolate, cheese and french bread,so that is something that i won't buy and leave in my cabinet.

How right you are, jdeuster! We had it in the basement freezer and made it over the lazy weekend. It usually gets eaten in one sitting! So in a way, it was a small, yet good thing that it was rationed. I cannot have good bread or homemade items in the house. Here's to our health in the future!
