Calories are up over the last two weeks. Not much has changed otherwise. But I lost 2-3#. All I can attribute it to is with the increase in calories I am seeing 250g to 300g of protien and I am eating 4-6 meals over 14 hour days. Maybe that is enough to shift my metabolism.
208.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
