I started Weight Watchers again in December 2012 10 pounds heavier than my last weigh-in here in July 2009. I am thankful to now be 10 pounds LOWER than my July 2009 weight. I am not using any diet foods (chemical laden and usually expensive) but instead utilizing smaller portions. I'm also ready to make exercise a more regular part of my routine so I may build some healthy muscle structure to improve the appearance of my skin as well as my strength and self confidence!
