Having a bad Saturday and Sunday countered the weight I lost during the week. I weighed in at 136.9 on Friday morning so if I want to lose weight I need to control the alcohol.
139.9 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 9.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
