Lickley's Journal, 04 March 2013

At the beginning I told myself 6 pounds/month. That's 1.5 pounds per week. I also planned to weigh in only monthly. Today is weigh-in day for the month. I lost 6 lbs which was my goal...so why am I disappointed?

Diet Calendar Entry for 04 March 2013:

You might have been hoping for more weight, but guess what???? You lose 6 pounds!!!! Whooo Hooooo! Go you! Big losses tend to be a lot of water, you are losing fat and doing wonderfully! Keep going!
