It was water weight gain! Woo Hoo! Down a pound instead of up 2 - I'm down with that!

254.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Weight Watchers   losing 0.9 lb a week


I totally agree, the quinoa stuff is awful! They raved about it on a healthy tv programme that I watched, so much that I went out and bought the recipe book and a ton of that quinoa only to realise that it all tasted hideous! Good news about it being water gain though!
