Oh, the best laid plans. . . We were going to eat out at a certain restaurant yesterday and I had gone on line, read the menu and decided on my food choices. But that restaurant was closed! So we went to another place and, long story short, I did not do so well. Truth be told, I didn't do that well Saturday either.

So today is back to day one.




Diet Calendar Entry for 04 March 2013:
1500 kcal Fat: 100.70g | Prot: 89.77g | Carb: 76.53g.   Breakfast: half and half, half and half, apple, brewed coffee, brewed coffee, almonds. Lunch: deli chicken, Yogurt ranch, cucumber, tomato, Dole Salad, red pepper. Dinner: pictsweet steam, sauerkraut, spinach, chicken broth, ground beef, turkey hot dogs, diced tomato. Snacks/Other: almond milk, gnc whey, Peanut butter, almonds. more...

Its always good to have a day one...Its soo hard when we eat out...and the weekends are the hardest for me any way..You will do good today and all week..I predict it..:O)

I really like what Heather said: "Day one for all of us." It could be a life philosophy, a new movement. We could be the Day-Oners, or the One-Dayers (although the second sounds kind of terminal, doesn't it?)

Yes, it WOULD be nice to get to Day 8, I totally agree! Working on that, myself. But, progress, not perfection! We'll get there!!!

Same thing happened to me - I didn't do so well this weekend. So today is Monday IF day and the fattest day of the rest of our lives!
