I started Atkins last week.. but made too many screw ups.. perhaps not tracking adequately.. now that I have this app. I hope to get everything recorded better and get serious about losing this weight.. it worked for me 10 years ago and I've put a lot of it back on and have been struggling ever since..Here it is Sunday nite.. I've had a good day so far.. tomorrow will be a agood day too..
