Hungry all the time lately so I'm eating a little more calories. Helped get over cold and give me energy for scuba this weekend. Couple days resting now back to exercise again.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
