I am clearing the slate for a fresh viewpoint on this weight reduction journey of mine. My goal is to weigh the same as I did when I met my husband in 1983. I would like to be there in two years when we will celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. I will start with baby steps and the total will eventually add up to reaching my goal.
First step: reduce my intake to obtain a by 1/2 pound a week reduction. until goal is reached.
Second step: exercise of some sort twice a week for at least 30 minutes for first six weeks
Third step: up exercise to 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes for next 3 weeks
Fourth step: up exercise to 4 times a week for at least 30 minutes - for next 3 weeks
At the end of twelve weeks, increase exercise to at least 30 minutes daily until goal is reached.
Long term goal: good health.

1293 kcal Fat: 38.62g | Prot: 68.51g | Carb: 183.78g.   Breakfast: clementine orange, orange juice, banana. Lunch: Kashi honey flax bar, Kippered boneless herring fillets, Taylor Farms baby kale, turkey stock. Dinner: = 2 ounces cheddar/pepper jack cheese mix, grape tomatoes, enchilada sauce, baby lettuce, white corn tortilla, green onions. Snacks/Other: Red Mill muesli, = 1/2 cup blueberries, = 1 tbsp organic blue agave, = 1/2 cup Dannon greek yogurt. more...
