prepared lots of food in the hope of having a better planned week. i know what i want to eat tomorrw, so thats good, but i'm not sure when i'll be able to do some excise. it's 9 pm and i will now do some exercise, cause i wasn't able to do any so far cause i had to work on a sunday....but gonna kick myslef do some:-)

Good that you prepared the food, makes things a lot easier. And even better that you started to work out again. Wonder if I can get the hang of it as well. Will try :-)
