So today i woke up a little late, but i sill got up and made my blue berry bannana milk shake with the clear egg. After that i started my p90x which was cardio today. I was surprised that i finished the video. But any way subway was my lunch chicken baccon ranch i know not that healthy but food ismy weakness.. Besides subway is better then mc donalds
