I'm a little disappointed in my weight today due to the gain over the weekend. I guess that I should only weigh 1 time a week but I feel like I need to do it more often to see where I am at. That being said I am going to try to wait at least 4 days before I weigh again which means I will weigh again on Tuesday. I am not giving up gonna keep on track and try to get some exercise in to ramp up my loss.

Just looking at your meals for the 3rd and for yesterday... it looks to me like you are really on the right track. We (Kildayan and I) have been working on changing our food selections to healthy ones. We're trying to make changes that we think we can stay with for life. So that means many diets are just out of the question for us... ie: even if a super low/no carb diet will produce fast weight loss, it isn't something we could see ourselves still doing 5 yrs from now. The thing I like the most about FatSecret (other than the people of course) is that I'm learning the "nutritional" cost of a lot of things. For example, I've learned that a Wendy's Jr. Cheese burger, while yummy, is not nearly as filling as a Subway double-chicken chopped salad with cheese and ranch... also tasty, for the same calories. And the latter is far better for me and much more filling.
