Weight is dropping steadily now that the dr has changed my plan. Hoping to reach 199 by April 1. I'm ready to tackle this weight challenge and win! Next week I begin my internship and I'm hoping to look like a different me by the time it's over. I've said many times that not only am I ready to start a new career but I want a better looking, healthier body to go with my new career.

The best laid plans are only good when you follow through on them! Whatever plans you have, stick with them and results will come!
