Short journal today.
I have friends for lunch and still need to clean up the flat. I was supposed to do that yesterday morning, but it was such a sunny and warm day I prefered to go out and get some sun on my skin!
Went to the outdoor market and enjoyed a lot the warmer temperature! It felt like spring time already!
Then I have been climbing. It was a very bad day for me, I was scared and was not able to focus properly. The past wee k has been like this... So, that's not the best mood to climb, since I had to stop often and could not complete ways up I already did. It's also true I have been bouldering (no rope) the past two months, and climbing again with a rope was strange.
What else? It's a hyperactive weekend, and I guess these are the only few minutes I really got to rest. I am going to cook hummus on bread as a starter and risotto ai funghi (rice with mushrooms) as a main course. One of the guests will bring homemade apple cake (and I know it's delicious!). I will try not to overeat. It's not too bad anyway, since somehow my stomach has learned to eat less after big weekend meals.
I felt like eating comfort food after I was talking about some emotionally critical issues with a friend. I ended up eating only 2 small pieces of chocolate, and also when I was back home, I did not feel like overeating. It seems to emotional eating episodes are over for now. I also don't feel guilty anymore for eating all kinds of food, I look after the quantity in case it's junk food or cakes. That's a big achievement, since I was eating cakes, sweets, and junk food without control when I was in a bad mood. Now it's way better. I started eating normally about 3 or 4 weeks ago and my weight is stable within the 56-58 kg range. Of course I look after quantity and try to eat as healthy as possible at home, but I am happy of this result :)

It's cool we are both eating without counting everything. It feels nice not to have to be obsessed with it but just making wiser choices everyday. I am happy to hear it is going so well for you maintaining. :)
