Still trying to increase my calorie intake while keeping the carbs low. It seems as though if I keep the carbs low my calories are low too. I am supposed to be eating way more calories for my size in order to lose weight. I am not hungry for more food, some days it seems like food is such a hassle. I am really losing all cravings for really anything. I have not had Diet Coke for 5 1/2 weeks. That is a huge accomplishment for me, I use to suck that down all the time. I really do believe that had something to do with some of the over eating.
