I have been on the atkins diet for 3 weeks and lost 22 pounds. Was looking for a calorie counter and found this site. I want to bring in a few more carbs and now need to watch the calories a lot closer. Was a sugar, salt and bread addict and cant believe how great I feel taking that off my food list. I am 69 years old and need to loose this weight as it is all around my middle.
