I actually started the Isagenix 30 Day Cleansing and Fat Burning system on January 12, 2013 at a weight of 150 pounds. I would like to lose another 5 pounds and then maintain my weight between 130 and 135 pounds. I have increased my exercise by spending 20 to 30 minutes on the elliptical machine at our local fitness center. I follow Dr. Mercola's "Peak 8" Fitness plan (available on the Internet). I never liked to exercise but have had the energy to expend so I gave it a try and now I actually enjoy it. My knee joints are feeling better than when I started which was my main concern in the beginning. Once I reach my maintenance weight I plan to continue the shakes, supplements and cleansing to support my general health and well being. At my age I can't afford to give this up.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
