Not gonna try and diary today’s lunch either. Went to the V&A and had a slice of Frittata, red cabbage, and couscous salads.

Back being good tomorrow, honest. I have Salad, Hot Salsa and celery sticks for my lunch. chicken breast, sugarsnap peas, broccoli and carrots, and roast squash for dinner.

Ditto - while recording it doesn't erase it - you'll have better knowledge next time you order it of the nutrition and make a conscious choice next time ordering. I felt similar with 'lobster' the other night (like.. this is so rare why bother) but now I know if I get a chance and want to order again. I had trouble finding an equivalent in the database but didn't feel like listing a new food for my 'first time in 10 years meal' experience.
