Stepped on the scales this morning just to see how things are going and its not good, up to 255. Time to stop slacking and eating whatever and not recording my food. Cleaned out all those old rotting veggies that I didn't eat. Tomorrow is shopping day and I'm going to load up with good food and make up my big salad and some healthy meals. Yesterday I was lazy in the morning and didn't make a lunch, got busy at work and couldn't get out to eat so ended up eating out of the vending machine. Felt like crap for the rest of the day.

Today was beautifully warm, I had the doors open most of the day. It feels like spring is here, which of course is just false hope as March is the snowiest month of the year. But it did get me thinking of getting out in the yard again, getting more and longer walks in and just generally get out of my hibernation mode.

Hey, FOL...I hear you on the weight gain and slacking!! I have been the same way, and it is just really hard to get going again. Hope you had a better day today...enjoy the new veggies and salad. Dan made a fresh one today...I love fresh salad day! lol We have had more snow in the last week and a half...it has been crazy, and it has been snowing when it is 38 degrees...I think the laws of physics have gone to hell in a handbasket...CRAZY! Have an awesome weekend!

Its really hard to stay focused in winter for me any way..I love my sunshine and warmer days...all I want to do is curl up with my quilt and read..You can do it girl..I believe in you...:O)
