Well, it looks like I am EXTREMELY good at maintaining my weight. 170.0 on the dot! I admit I was a little disappointed... hoping for a drop, but overall I am happy with my habits and lifestyle, and seeing a lower # on the scale is not important enough to make myself UNhappy.

I am very proud of myself that I achieved my goal of 1000 mins of exercise in Feb! That's despite a short month and a bout of stomach flu! I also kept my promise to myself to get back into strength training/bodypump- i went to bodypump 5 times this month and I've been able to increase my weight on almost every track! This month I will try to go at least 6 times. Honestly, I would LOVE to drop a few pounds and be at or under 165... but I am going to just keep doing what I'm doing, stay active, do a little more strength training and try to cut a few calories here and there. If I kept that up for all of March I bet I would see a change in my body and on the scale.

Very glad it is friday even though we don't have much planned for the weekend...hope everyone has a good weekend and good luck in March!
