Personal goal #1: Go to bed at a reasonable time instead of staying up all night and snacking.

As of today I am on a 14 day personal challenge. I decided to challenge myself to keep myself on track. I have been sick for a week now and only lost 1 pound so now that I feel better it is time to get back on track.

I have this same problem I usually go to sleep at midnight but will also set a new personal goal to sleep by 9. Good luck!
