Horribly disappointed at the fact I gained. My son developed a work out plan, we started today. He also mandates no more than 1500 calories a day and very limited carbs.

Cardio: Warm up
15 minutes cycling
lunges- 3 laps
squats- 3 sets of 10
sit ups with yoga ball with 10 lb. medicine ball- 3 sets of 25
push ups- 3 sets of 10
dips- 3 sets of 10
Cardio: Cool down
30 minute walk

It sucked. But I'm glad he's helping me. He is a home schooled high school senior attending advance entry college locally and has declared excercise science his major. He is also a boxer and disciplined athlete. I admire his resolve and look forward to spending this time with him... I'm sure he looks forward to torturing me... but seriously, I know he wants to help me lose and feel better about myself. I am thankful for his help.
