I haven't been snacking like I was, and upped my liquid intake.
I've still been a bad girl and not doing my protein shakes because I just can't stand the Syntrax Nectar I have, and I have about 1/3 of a huge container left.
I did however, figure out if I add a packet of splenda to greek yogurt, I actually like it. I hated the greek yogurt before.

Lost so far: 8.6 lb.
Still to go: 161.4 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.

Try mixing something like a sugar free popsicle or even jello into your shake. It helped me.

You can also put soy milk or organic peanut butter to a shake, they come with a ton of protein so you don't need to add any.

My vanilla shake powder started giving me the ewws, so I added a cup of decaf espresso to it. made all the difference!!
