well its weigh in day & kind of hesitating to get on that scale but will do it! today I need to get my house in order, my Nephew & his girl friend are coming from Iowa tomorrow & want things to look 1/2 way decent for them. I dont do alot of entertaining so hopefully the next 5 days will be ok. anyway thats pretty much it. going to work on staying on track & having a great additude.
