177 this morning, dang. Probably just a normal fluctuation but I had been enjoying the downward movement.

Made the Coconut Oil Chocolate Candies from Sunkeeper's recipe. Wow. I wanted to eat the whole tray. I haven't had a dessert since the low carb cheesecake for my birthday. I shall have to be careful with these.

I know! I usually or try to have 2 a day and that really helps up the fat in a hurry in such a wonderful way. Can't eat that stuff off the spoon but in the candy they are divine.
