Okay I need to get jump start the loss again. I was wondering if I change it up and "shock" my eating with a change if that will help. So was thinking that I would start juicing for my supper. I have a beautiful juicer that I have not used in years, so maybe I should give it a go. Not sure how Hubby will feel about this, but he too has to kick start the weight loss. Us getting on a plane in June, is not that far away!!
