Okay I need to get jump start the loss again. I was wondering if I change it up and "shock" my eating with a change if that will help. So was thinking that I would start juicing for my supper. I have a beautiful juicer that I have not used in years, so maybe I should give it a go. Not sure how Hubby will feel about this, but he too has to kick start the weight loss. Us getting on a plane in June, is not that far away!!



It is worth a try. Hope he takes to the idea well. I would just make sure to be getting protein in there so your not hungry an hour later. :)

So it's been 4 days - wondering how the juicing is going?? I tried to do a veggie smoothie last week and didn't put enough 'fruit' with it and it ended up like mowed lawn. I'm working myself up to trying it again because I really love veggies. Did you see the Joe Cross movie?

Hi! I never thought of juicing for supper. I know a couple of people who do shakes.... It makes good sense though - lighter fare for the evening hours. I sure hope it helps you - you have been so much more patient than I have and you certainly deserve it working out like you are!
