Ozma's Journal, 01 March 2013

Oh me of little faith! I have lost an additional two pounds. I was doing almost everything right; I believe the one crucial factor was water consumption. I wasn't drinking enough water, which made me think that I had plateaued. I'm doing great! Slow and steady.
